Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine frequently blended with other wines to a achieve a more pleasing aroma, mouth-feel or flavor. The Bordeaux blends from France are an example. Sometimes, however, a Cabernet comes along that has the Character to stand alone.

Such is the case of our newly released Cabernet Sauvignon! A blend of perfectly-ripened grapes from three noted Washington vineyards: Pepper Bridge (29%),Bacchus (29%)and Mirage (42%), this wine is richly redolent of ripe bramble berries and dark Washington cherries. The fine but firm tannins indicate the aging potential while promising present pleasure in the lingering finish
